Joseph P. Palmisano, Esquire

Mr. Palmisano is a partner in the firm. Mr. Palmisano graduated from Fordham University, New York, New York in 1986 earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree, cum laude. In 1989, Mr. Palmisano graduated from Syracuse University, College of Law, earning a Juris Doctor Degree, cum laude. He was awarded Membership in the Justinian Honor Society for his outstanding academic achievements. Mr. Palmisano also earned two awards in 1989 for "Best Trial Advocate" and "Best Cross-Examination" from the University. Mr. Palmisano became licensed in Arizona State and Federal Court in 1989. In 1998, Mr. Palmisano received certification as a Certified Specialist in Criminal Law by the Arizona State Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Palmisano practices exclusively in the area of Criminal Defense.

Stephanie Lee Ehrbright, Esquire

Ms. Ehrbright graduated cum laude from Pace University School of Law, White Plains, New York where she placed on the Dean’s List three of her semesters along with earning the Law Trustee Merit Scholarship for all three years. While in law school, Ms. Ehrbright interned with the Ninth Judicial District, the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office, competed in several Trial Advocacy Competitions, and was a Student Attorney in a Criminal Justice Clinic where she represented indigent clients in the Bronx, New York. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with dual minors in Race & Ethnic Studies and Philosophy, from the University of Redlands in Redlands, California. While there, she placed on the Dean’s List every semester and was awarded membership in Psi Chi National Psychology Honor Society and the Mortar Board National Honor Society. Ms. Ehrbright became licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona in 2008.

Paul S. Banales, Esquire

Mr. Banales is a former Superior Court judge for Pima County. He graduated from the University of Arizona in 1972 and earned his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1975. During his time in college, he was placed on the Dean’s List, earned the RFK Memorial Scholarship and the F & P Minority Scholarship. In addition to being a former Superior Court Judge, Mr. Banales was also a Deputy County Attorney in Pima County and is a former Instructor for Federal Law Enforcement Traning Center (FLETC) at the State Fire Marshal’s Academy. He was also a member of the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI). Mr. Banales became licensed to practice law in Arizona in 1975, in United States District Court in 1976, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 1979.
